what color re the connectors on the ECU ( red/ blue or red/ green) thats where it really starts, then its easy after that. I never fucked with any thing pre 2000, and mine is FBW.

I believe we've unlocked it already. I'm guessing that's the fee you pay when reflashing the ECM? We already got the ECM back so will probably stick with this. What's the big benefits of going to a 99+ ECM?

-8 should be plenty for an oil cooler, just run your sump -10 to a T fitting, -10 from T to motor (being your engine feed line), -10 from motor to -10/-8 reducer on oil cooler, -10/-8 reducer off cooler to remote filter, -10 line off filter to check valve and back to T fitting

if you didn't have your PCM unlocked yet, i'd suggest repining to a 99+ ecu setup and getting a reflashed truck ecu also i'm switching to the new WS 99+ harness, so my frost tuned unlocked 98 camaro might be for sale soon too.. |

I have an ECM pin-out sheet for the motor. Just curious if there's a more straight forward sheet on what does what and what can be removed. The sheet I have doesn't explain what a plug does and is more acronyms. I hate wiring and don't want to deal with it but figured might as well make it as easy as possible. Thanks!
