First, I spent all winter building the red s13 coupe...., then I traded it away....

...to get this with no $ on top and kept EVERYTHING off my car (the night of trade swapping all of it onto the new chassis)

pre roll and pull

kit pre paint

kit post paint

hood (ended up taking it off, not what I want it to be, need real URAS)

rb20 in (yep 20 in Kouki S14...flame on)

drive home from beginning "welding" in cage

Good enough cage in (door bars will be in before Hyperfest, and yes, it is way far from everything and looks like an autopower right now. It was built to fit pretty close with interior trim IN, but we had no time to install it as we finished this heap 3hrs before the hyperfest demo thing)

NOS!!!!!!!!

Hardparking at drift promo event (Brian's pimperishness on the rear)

First time drifting since getting rid of old car (LOVE the difference from S13 to S14!!! Feels just like the R32 did!)

High quality vid from promo event:  http://www.mdstreetscene.com/content/video/am-vid/hyperfest-promo/PromoRuns.wmv

Thanks Jesse for putting this together, I have enough trouble sending a PM, so I woulda never gotten this up.

The kid he traded with is an interesting person.  Had a turbo sc300 that was awesome besides needing a diff and traded that for the s14.  And then traded the s14 for Kiely's car.  So who knows, I know this kid and have no idea.

What the hell?
I'm dissapointed in ZT... No flaming? Thanks for the kind words everyone.

Yeah, the guy who wanted to trade seemed like he wanted to just "slip into" a drift ready car. I helped him out with that, but I'm still not sure why he didnt push for ANY cash or anything and was willing to let me keep SOOO much stuff. He seems to be haveing LOTS of fun in my car though. He has been to more events in 1.5months with it than I have in the whole 6months I had it....good for him!

Crap. Theres a thread about this shit cage on zilvia? Great... The guy who's acct I use must have posted it... Yeah, The cage has too much wrong with it to ever explain it all away. I'm sure it will pass tech anywhere once the door bars are in, but nothing to be proud of there. Also, in defense of the guy welding, we were working with a BUSTED welder. We didnt have the right parts to run the wire size we had through the welder, and had to MAKE a set of rollers to feed the wire through it out of stuff we had in the shop. The shit we made only half worked and I spent more time urtangling the welder than he did welding. We wouldnt have rushed and halfassed something like a cage, but I have no shop here in MD, and was working in a back room of a sign shop and had to be out before the guy's dad showed up for work at 7am...I hate MD!!!!

Brian, can I rent a bay uop in some MA???

Oh, and yeah. I plan to make mounts and run a 3D GT wing REAL LOW over the trunk (like 5" off the deck lid), and use the stuff at the sign shop to make end caps for it that hang down and almost touch the qtrs... I will try to find a pic of something similar. Its gonna be all kinds of ebay and ghetto fab, but I think it will look right when complete. For now, I just wanna get it ready to do hyperfest.

Car looks dope.

You've got a internal wastegate screamer on it though right?  Not really feelin it, i think they sound better straight piped without the internal screamer dump.  Sounds better than a stock rb20 though.  thumbsup
