What kind of switch panel is that?  I need to find a decent switch panel with only 4 switches and 1 start switch.

Dunno, I'd have to look.

Pretty sure it's just a kit though that you put whatever switch you want.

It has 2 3-way's on the bottom for low/high wipers and turn signals.

OK i'm back to trying to figure this out.

how many circuits do I need? Is 5 enough? Theres some off road dude who makes these with all bussmann stuff and they look super nice (to me anyway), Would one of these be fine?

so would that be fine? or would I need 2 of them? They are pretty cheap at about 100 bucks, but people seem to love them.

I use that bussman stuff a lot but man you don't need more than 5 relays for what you're doing. And not every circuit needs one. ARC is fine I just like the bussman because it's little and pretty waterproof.

Hey man, I have nothing to contribute but wanted to say thanks for making this thread because I feel the same way you do about wiring.....

I find a lot of things that confuse others, to be very easy to comprehend.  Electrical.......makes me feel like a fucking retard.  I dont know why, but just dont get it.  I've got $1500 bucks worth of guages that are still uninstalled because is electricity is required.  Building a house is less intimidating than running a few guages to me.

i'm going with the arc mostly because its what most midwest dudes are running, so there is a lot of local support and people with experience with them to help me out with it if I'm having trouble.

Bunch of local dudes are saying stick with the ARC kit.

idk, i'm still lost on this.

if i get that arc 8000d jam, what else will i need? just solder, shrink wrap, some terminals and loom/wire cover?

Do I need to keep anything from the stock harness? or just headlight and tail light plugs?

I was hoping to be able to sell the stock harnesses, since I spent a fortune on them, and could make quite a bit of money back.

That looks like the same fuse box in mine. Can't read the model though.
