quick update with some of my favortie pics from the season. it was a rough season with a blown engine and a crash at seattle fd pro am but i still had a blast especially at xdc! plans for the winter are to clean the car up a bunch. figure out rear alignment a little more, e46 front control arms with m3 rack and some more angle..hopefully lots more. and if all goes as planed ill be getting away from the ca and onto an sr with mild mods. anyways on to picks. most are from biggerfoot bash team tandem awesomeness and the rest are from pro am and xdc...on to pics..

will post more later with some vids.

any you muricans coming to canada..the island..for one of our fun events? eh eh ehhhhh.

**cue CJ joke about trailers, myself, drifting isnt fun and lots of faggots, far away, no one cares about the island etc etc.**

cheap events, lots of seat time, lots of different layouts, lots of fun and lots of tandem with multiple cars that dont spin every lap

Thanks bros! heres some more pics and vids

so this is the hardest we have ever been allowed to go at this track into turn one. for any of you dudes that ran pgp you can see we were rolling on 2nd at the entrance road to the track. go as hard as we could and not lift until initiation. now i know blah blah 2nd gear...turn one at pgp would be like a 15mph suggested turn in the real world so fuck off... 3 deep into that shit was sSSSOOOOOO much fun!

and lets finish the post off with a sullylife vid..an amazing one at that.

So I'm gonna make this quick. Got tired of fighting the e30 in every aspect from driving to working on it. It also has been pretty beat up over the years I was ready for something more capable with more potential. My fabricator offered up I trade my e30 as a roller for all the fab work in a s13 so I took it. Kept my drive train and did basic refresh on the block and head. car makes about 250wheel and I need power bad! Got lucky and picked up a mostly complete SR swap in pieces for free. Just need a crank and some other shit so I can slowly put that together. Anyways, on to the pics. I'm pretty sure I don't need to give any specs on what I did. You guys can figure it out.

How I go it. Car was pretty rough due to it been sitting in my buddies shop for about 2 years. First things first, cage/fab work.

Started the build in February. Needed it done by April. I didn't sleep much or see any friends unless they were over helping on the car. Car was built mostly on a tight budget (truck payment, mortgage, etc) made it to the first event after finishing the car the morning of. It looked like shit for the first round of evergreen pro am but I was there so that's all that mattered. I had ZERO seat time in the car. Never really driven an s13 very hard before so I was pretty excited to try it out. Went really good and I adapted very fast.

I qualified 10th out of 24 drivers and lost in my first battle. Messed up on initiation by missing 3rd gear like an idiot but whatever. Car is a blast to drive compared to the e30

After the first round there wasn't much really left to do other than get the car wrapped. I have a rad vinyl sponsor that worked me a killer deal to fully wrap the car. After some back and forth on the design we worked this up. We based it off the City Chevrolet car from days of thunder but with some added style to it.

Second round of pro am it rained like crazy and sucked all day. First day in the car with the wrap so I was a little timid. Monroe is SKETCHY as hell in the rain. Qualified 11th out of 20 drivers and got knocked out again in my first battle. Blew the second to last clip on my lead run and the other driver had a solid lead run so I was done. I'm still learning the car and working out some setup things here and there but all in all I'm really happy with my decision and the way the car turned out. Next up is a wing of some sort and some more power once I can afford to get the car back on the dyno for tuning with bigger injectors and more seat time!

your E30 must not have been setup well.  those cars can have a ton of grip with way less junk than an S13 needs to drift fast.
