You could slide a tube over the cut section or inside it. Or cut off the bracket and reweld the arm onto the bracket, then it would be like the same loads as stock.

yes kazama is horrible i had their uppers at one point SOLD a couple months after for SPL and the ends, yeah they break all the time
i hate japanese [chinese/korean/taiwan] made arms.
