I will when i have the funding to; it's just on hold for a little while....I have this whole AF pilot training to get through first. UPT will probably be in Texas *(is retarded)* for me, and I want to drive it out there.
You took a year+ break....we never thought you'd come back.

I'll be back out there soon enough, I just have a few things on my list of shit first. The cowl came in today....it's HUGE; almost as tall as I am. I'll obviously be cutting and fitting this, I'm just debating the best way to do so. I'll post up some photos of that when I get started. Anyways, gotta go pick these up soon.  17x9.5 +17 all around. |

Ok...so I got a ton accomplished today. Cut, mocked up, shaped and fit the cowl to the hood; I'm anxious to see how it will look on the car. I didn't take many pictures of this because I completely forgot. I also sanded and touched up the body parts for paint, then painted. Cowl out of the box....HUGE  And maybe about half of the way cut up. You can see some sharpie marks on the shape that I eventually cut it to. Unfortunately, the cowl pics end here....I'll post up all of them when I finish and mount on the car.  Freshly sanded and prepped  These photos were taken maybe 2 minutes after I finished spraying...I can't wait to see the finished product when the paint dries and tightens up.   |

Just a small update...me and dangerhops did some work on it tonight. The body is all mounted up/finished, blinkers and side markers are on, new wheels on and fitted. I still need to get the mufflers done up and some turn-downs thrown on. I got the Work aluminum lug nuts....and I really hate how they feel. I'm probably going to go get some cheapo steel lugs again. Some teaser shots...I'll take pictures when the sun is out.  I love how the wheel decals glow. Don't cry Dane, you have some new 57Ds now.  |
