Just so you know, that's why I made the statement " zero deflection " heims are that way. Yearly is different than every 3 months. This was from a rear arm on an s14, had a rubber boot and everything. Think it was tc sportline. Buddy called me at 11:00pm saying his car jumped 3 lanes all the sudden and he thinks his rear arm came apart. So do you swallow?

Ok well for a second lets reserve the suspension arms race for later. anyways. I went down to help work on this thing and didn't get much done. Installed these. and then put on new (not fucked) front fenders and my front long champs. First time with matching wheels in 3 years. ' Also got my new rear quarter trimmed down into two sections that will be replaced next before the cage gets finished. These also came, but not in time to make the trip.

And I suppose I will post some of the progress pics from the shop's Facebook. Heres a "during" shot of cleaning up the interior and stripping sound deadening out. Found this rust hole. Then fixed it. This is where we have to replace the passenger quarter panel because long ago the car was t-boned or something and whoever fixed it just decided to fill it in with like 2 inches of bondo. And the rail on the inside thats all fucked up from the impact as well. Lucky I got this from a friend, which had everything we needed plus more more updates to come.

This fucking car makes my loins hurt for another.
On a side note, what's with giant alum. tow hooks? Why don't I ever seen cloth tow straps/points? I know there are some that are legal.

it was just an impulse thing. I'm not going to make it stick out of my bumper like 10 feet or anything. I probably won't even keep it on all the time.
If I don't like it I'll just sell it.

Yeah, Tierod end. Those are thicker than stock so the point where the rod end hits is at less angle.
Solution is don't use them, or mod them with a relief where the rod end hits. OEM with bv kit is what I always run. No need for buff lcas, just gonna break some other part or damage the Subframe if you hit something. I'd rather have the lca bend than the knuckle shock or Subframe. Have to keep a weak link somewhere.

well son of a bitch.
I didn't think alex still made JUST lca's/lca kits. They aren't listed on the website anymore. I thought it was just that crazy LCA/tension rod combo deal now thats $750.
idk, I'll think of something.

Just put em on and check. I didn't have any issues, but maybe I didn't have enough angle.

forgot to be updating this. finished new susp setup. Vinny started chopping/grinding up my car. I finally found a good deal on a set of these. and I also got some supras from gtstone just to have around for spares. and on a side note, I'm like 98% trading my s14 for a BEANS setup + some cash. More info on that soon.
