Made a pair of these the other day. I had to have a MAP gas blow torch on the opposite side of the knuckle in order to get a decent pool going. Don't want one of these puppies snapping off anytime soon. The down side to that is now I need to replace all the bushings in the knuckle.

Someone on Facebook emailed me asking if I would do it for their car. I said yes if you pay in cash or sign on the dotted line. Anyone bill a job like this out? How much did you charge?

I've got 2 sets of cores if you end up producing them.  z32/r32 aluminum knuckles.

Yes it's a z33.

$350 and I'll do a couple while I have enough material to make more. I bought this sweet piece of 5/8 6061 Aluminum for these. I don't feel like mass producing this stuff for the long term.  Must send knuckles, hub, 1 rear rotor and brake calipers for 2006 EVO.  PM me if interested.

Totally not on par with your dudes' work, but for $6 in tubing, made with a hacksaw and 115V MIG I'm proud of it:
