There is such a thing as too cold of plugs, it's a JZ spend the 10 min and replace them with 7's to rule it out

i've seen some drag cars that had to be warmed up on standard type plugs because they wouldn't idle or would foul when cold on raceplugs. They'd switch to race plugs just before running, sounds like you might want to try some fresh 7s though...

Yea I never had an issue with the 8s before so I'll throw in a fresh set tomorrow.
