I have been hearing from a few guys that run some pretty high squirrels stangs they like Rotella. Almost went with that.  When it was all said and done the shop that sets my car up with tires gave me a case of shaffers supreme 9000 racing oil. So free got the nod.

Still good to know what others are running

i have used Amsoil for 3 seasons now and i must say its the best oils I've ever used. First season i used european formula 5w40. I got the oil analyzed after every two track days. I ended up using the same oil all season long and after the season it still tested good but i changed it for the following season to be extra safe as it sat all winter long.

Last two seasons I've been using Dominator 10w30 and changed it halfway through the season as after oil analyzation it showed signs that it needed to be replaced.

Blackstone does the testing for many folks.  The pricing aint too bad I think they send you a kit to sample your oil with and you have specific times to take the sample from like mid stream during the oil change or something.

http://www.blackstone-labs.com/tests-price-list.php

matter of fact gonna get their sampling kit ordered and have the next few oil changes evaluated what the hell
